Walk in the woods


Have you tried walking in the woods instead of any other method of relaxation?
How can you compare it to drinking, dancing, sleeping, cooking, working out, shopping, reading or whatever you use to relieve the stress?

For me, this is one the best medicines available. You can practice it in all seasons, if you are not afraid of some mud. Last week I discovered new routes near my home city, Sofia. Here is a glimpse of that.
